The venue is very clean, the employees are honest, the rooms are well-furnished with 2 queen beds, and there are nice restaurants onsite.

The location was central, ideal in the area that we love to stay in. We appreciated the room with very comfortable bed & pillows.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was bad.

Air conditioner was not working and had to get repaired after we left for our wedding. A little hot getting ready Room service did not replace the caffinated coffee pouches for the next morning.

The staff were very efficient. The breakfast was nice and above average with made-to-order omelets and a champagne omelette station. The hotel room was good value for money with a king bed.

For the price they should serve free breakfast.

Front desk , while serving me, answered the phone and made me wait untill he is done with the call.

The spot was cozy and the room was super clean. It's in a great area. They had yummy cookies, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, and hot waffles for breakfast! 🍪

Had to pay for a poor continental breakfast

Since I booked on Booked.net and not the Hilton website breakfast was not free. $28.50 was added to my bill for breakfast and all we had was coffee and donut. Also, the toilet ran almost constantly, when we informed the desk they said we could change rooms, but we were on our way out to dinner so we said we would do it when we returned, then the last room was taken so we had to stay in that room The desk clerk said the office manager would make it right for us, but all she did was take off the cost of the breakfast....

This place is conveniently located in a safe area with nearby dining options and a park, and I liked the comfortable bed in the spacious private bathroom.

The frong desk staff could use a lot of improvement, the hotel overall was dirty and outdated. The lobby had trash on the floor, the bathroom floor on our room was sticky, the towels dirty. I asked them to change them and they didn't, I needed to look for the cleaning ladies myself. To much money for what it actually is. Very poor compared to other double tree hotels

Convenient location near restaurants, shopping center, and a park. Perfect spot for exploring Schaumburg. 3. Enjoyed a warm breakfast with delicious cereal and made-to-order omelets from the omelette station.

The location was superb for both business and the local malls and restaurants.

The pool was closed and the staff were not informed of the reason !
